Delivery information

Pink Apple Bottoms is only available in South Africa. We endeavour to ship all orders the same day, if received Monday to Friday by 10 am. If your order is placed outside of working hours or after 10 am it will be shipped the next working day. However at peak periods this may take up to 2-5 working days. (Dispatch of all goods are subject to the receipt & verification of payment, only after verification/receipt of payment, will goods be dispatched) 

Courier Service (2-5) 

Once order is completed & payment verified, delivery usually within 2 to 5 working days nationwide. Courier only delivers to physical addresses, and requires a signature on delivery. Courier cannot deliver to a postal box. If no-one is available on delivery, a card will be left for you to contact the Courier. To ensure prompt and safe delivery of your parcel a phone number is essential.

Registered Post

Orders sent via registered post are delivered to your nearest post office or to your PO Box within three weeks. You will be supplied with a tracking number upon shipment. While we have had very few issues with the post office, we cannot and do not take responsibility for orders lost through the South African postal system. Once orders are dispatched it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the post office if the order goes missing.

Prices quoted are estimates and based on the courier and/or postal services proposed rates and areas serviced. Once the order is completed, if it is determined that the area being delivered to is not serviced by a courier and/or the postal service, you will be contacted by Pink Apple Bottoms with an alternative delivery arrangement. 

Goods not available for delivery:
With the best intentions in the world, some goods may not be in stock at the time you place your order. In the event that we are unable to deliver your goods within the time stated, we will contact you to offer you an alternative or to provide you with the opportunity to refund your order.
